Warranty Returns Policy

  • Manufacturer Warranties: If any product purchased from us fails to perform as per the manufacturer's specifications within the time period of that manufacturer's written warranty (usually one year), we will gladly assist you in arranging for a repair or replacement with that manufacturer. Per manufacturer policy customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
  • RMA Number Requirement: You must obtain an RMA number from us prior to returning any products. Please email us using the form on the Contact Us page to request an RMA, please include a reason for return request and allow 24 to 48 hours for processing. The RMA number must be included with the returned item. Returned items must be received within 14 days of issuance of RMA number.
  • Incoming packages that require payment to be issued upon receipt of the package at our facility, including but not limited to freight charges, C.O.D. charges, shipping fees, duties, taxes, or brokerage/clearing fees, will not be accepted.

30 Day Returns Policy

  • 30 Day Returns: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your purchase for a refund within 30 days of the date of shipment. We will not accept requests for returns after 30 days. See policies below for conditions of the 30 Day Returns Policy.
  • RMA Number Requirement: You must obtain an RMA number from us prior to returning any products. The RMA number must be included with the returned item. Returned items must be received within 14 days of issuance of RMA number. Items returned without an RMA number will be subject to additional deductions. The RMA form will provide specific instructions on how to package and return purchases.
  • Unopened packages: Items in perfect unused condition with undamaged factory packaging returned within 30 days will receive a refund of the purchase price, minus shipping costs incurred to ship your order.
  • Opened packages are subject to inspection to determine if credit can be offered and amount of credit issued for accepted returns will be based upon item and packaging condition. Deductions will be assessed if the original manufacturer’s packaging material and/or items are missing, marked up, and/or damaged. This includes, but is not limited to, manuals, warranty papers, screws and other accessories. If the original equipment programming has been modified, registered, or activated, additional deductions will apply. Returned purchases which are determined to not be merchantable may not be eligible for a credit and may be returned back at customer expense. All decisions are at the sole discretion of Hydra-Numatic Sales Co.
  • Safety Items such as pool alarms may not be returned unless they are unopened and received within 30 days of purchase. If items are unopened, see policy above. Otherwise, these are non-returnable.
  • Clearance items are sold as-is and may not be able to be returned under non-warranty circumstances.
  • Special Order Items: Items designated as “special order” will be subject to any applicable restocking fees dictated by the manufacturer and/or supplier.
  • Custom-Built Items: Orders for custom-built items may not be canceled or returned unless they are defective, and may possibly only be exchanged depending on the manufacturer’s policies.
  • Items not found on our website may fall into either of the above categories. Please inquire about the specific return policy for the item you are ordering if that item is not on our website.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. Items should be repacked carefully and shipped using a tracking number. We are not responsible for returns not received at our facility.
  • Refund Processing Time: Returns and payment refunds will normally be processed within two weeks of receipt.
