With its automatic shut-off valve, the WaterCop is designed to detect moisture and subsequently cut-off access from the main water supply line, preventing the leak from developing further.
Comprised of two basic parts, this system provides homeowners with added control and peace of mind. The flood sensor is a moisture sensor designed with a wireless radio transmitter that detects water caused by leaks, thereafter sending a signal to the WaterCop. The WaterCop is a motorized lead-free brass ball valve that contains a wireless radio receiver, automatically closing off access from your water supply when the flood sensor detects water!


WaterCop offers additional options including
  • A wall switch for convenient push-button main water control
  • Freeze sensors to help stop damage caused by frozen pipes
  • Easy integration with home security systems
  • Range extending wireless repeaters

    Many insurance carriers offer discounts on insurance premiums for customers who install WaterCops if connected to your central alarm system (sold separately), meaning that the WaterCop could pay for itself in just a couple of years!

    The WaterCop control valve and sensors are designed to be indoors in crawl spaces, basements, garages, attics, mechanical rooms or other locations protected from the elements and capable of receiving clear radio communication transmissions.
